Rabbi Frand! Stop making a fool out of Rav Yakov Kaminetzky

Rav Yakov said "if the girl is pregnant she should walk before the Moetzes gedolim because she may be pregnant with the Moshiach?" If that's the case why didn't the Talmud in Eruvin 18b, and Brachos 61 say that if the woman is pregnant she always goes before the man (Even rabbis) because she may be pregnant with Moshiach?
